Easy chicken nuggets

Nuggets always go down well with the little ones. These are so much better than the frozen variety and easy to do. You can make a double batch and freeze them for later for a quick easy dinner for everyone.

Chicken nuggets

500g of chicken tenderloins

3 slices of wholemeal bread made into breadcrumbs

1/3 cup of chopped parsley

1/3 cup of parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1/2 cup of plain flour

cut the chicken tenderloins into 1/4’s. mix the breadcrumbs, cheese and parmesan in a bowl. dip into the flour then the egg and roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Once this is done put to one side until they are all done.

These don’t get put into a fry pan ,just pop them on a tray with some grease proof paper a drizzle of olive oil and put into the oven on 180 degrees. cook for 10 mins then turn over and cook for another 10 mins until golden.
